I only know how to setup a page with referer.. Probably not what you had
in mind...
He basically wants an additional directory created under the main OOo
site tree called "access" -- you can create a new directory with cvs,
and *maybe* just set up an HTML redirect (using META redirects) to the
actual site for the index.html file (?)
I think this might/should work if you want to try it.
