My guess is that this was from the short timeframe where the
bouncer-page was restored, but the links using "en" instead of "en-US"
(or even from before, when the initial bouncer-URLs didn't work)

Currently I see no problem downloading the 2.1 release. However it
has not been QA'ed on all platforms and languages yet so we still
need the 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 release for those platforms and languages.
