Different issue.

File an art project bug when it's clear that a button is needed and
where it's gonna be put.

I'll do so now. It's needed (and if we decide it's not, we can remove it) and it's going to be put, at the least, where a similar alert was before, on the homepage. We might find other places for it--like on the wikis :-)
