I have created a new Wiki Maintenance category and started adding some
new pages there (in sub-pages) detailing the steps taken to upgrade and
maintain the OOoWiki.

This will cover documentation on:
- the basics of how the upgrade was done
(so it can be duplicated if necessary)
- the special customizations that were needed
(so it can be duplicated if necessary)
- extra features added on request (e.g. prettytable)
- the MediaWiki Extensions that are installed
- custom written extensions (eg IDLTagExtension)
- the new OOoWiki skin
- how to import Wiki pages and images from other (test) Wikis (eg the
Developer's Guide)
Once it is complete, the information on the Extensions will probably be
of most interest to everyone.
