I give up. I 'borrowed' the style sheets for 'why' from someone who was
more skilled in this stuff that I am. At the moment, it's broken, and I
can't fix it. I've put up an alert suggesting people upgrade their
browsers :-(
The alert displays also in IE7 which renders the page correctly...
Anyway, this is a modern CSS layout, and such layouts virtually always
break in IE6. The only way to render them correctly is to use the
oldschool table layout, which means rewriting the code for the purposes
of displaying it in this browser.
Will it be possible to localize this page eventually? I suggest that the
language menu could be a dropdown list and basically it would be
selected according to the browser prefs.

missing or covered with white. Can't read or find out about the
