The OpenOffice.org Wiki has been defaulting to English for all
non-subscribed users. After registration, a user could explicitly set
the Wiki interface language to their own preference.
I added a new extension today (thanks for the tip Florian) that detects
the Language Preference sent in the Browser ID string [1]. If this is
not set, the Wiki will default to English. If this is set to a specific
language, for example Dutch(nl), then the Wiki interface should
automatically switch to Dutch. This should only change the Wiki
navigation (left side of the Wiki) - not the Wiki articles.
This extension does _not_ use GeoLocation to determine language. This
works off the preferred languages set by the user in their browser. If
no language is set, it should default to the Wiki default which is
English. Any registered user Language settings are not changed.
