Which ones - from the homepage, or from download.openoffice.org?
If it's the homepage, you'll find it in /branding/css/home.css (this
is a file made for the refresh)
under #actionstatements div.action-download {}..... there's a block of
CSS there.
If it's from download.openoffice.org, you'll find it in
download.openoffice.org/exceptions.css #optionitem1. Let me know if
you need help with this, since the CSS depends on other CSS elsewhere
in the stylesheet.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but that should also be in
style.css, under the section ----- NavColumn Layout -----, class
beginning with dl.navgroup, dl.navgroup div.body. Is that what you
were thinking of?
