After the upgrade to MediaWiki 1.13.3 one extension is not working:

Enabling this extension generates an error (ie there is a bug) in
StubManager (part of the extension combination used in this extension).
The bug has been reported back to the StubManger developers. I do not
know if this can be fixed in the short term.
As far as I know, the UX project was the only group using this extension.
I will follow up on this as I can, and try to re-enable the extension
once the StubManager bug is sorted out.
