Thanks for catching that Cor. It turns out that the problem is in the
SOME of the TOC files used in the Developer's Guide. In some TOCs there
is a missing </div> tag. This is an error in the TOC page that didn't
show up in the previous engine... not sure why because a missing </div>
tag should have broken things previously.
Anyway, the fix is simply to edit the TOC files for the chapters with
broken pages, find where the missing </div> tag should be and add it
back in. It is fixed on the Text Doucments chapter, and I have found a
few other chapters with the same issue and will fix them right away.
