On the 3.0.1 release notes page on the main development site, when I try
to open a new tab from a CWS link, I get a page that says "lo
exception", and (color:red) An email has been sent somewhere.
I don't know if this has anything to do with the chronic log-in problem
there. The dev site is perfectly willing to concede that I'm logged in
-- as long as I log in on every new page, /and/ press Ctrl+F5 afterward.
