I am just concidering the hard words from the user, when using words
like "failed".
In this particular case, with stating "from Windows 2000", maybe making
an exception with this partilcular information. Of course you can
develop this and transfer the same idea to other platforms, but I am
thinking about the input from the user in this particular case. I think
I would concider to do this if it's simple. If not, let it be as it is
and wait and see if others complain.
