Speaking as a potential new developer at the very bottom of the learning
curve, I love your ideas. Pages such as your document suggests should be
a great help.
May I suggest that there are two problems with the "Workplaces" section
of your new wiki page:
1) the links are non-existent;
2) they should point to wiki pages, rather than the main site, at least
for a while. (You want contributions, right?)
