Could you please correct the link to FR 2.4.3 download that doesn't
exist. There is only 2.4.2 FR currently.
On this page:

there is a link to OpenOffice.org 2.4.3 under Other Versions. If you get
a FR browser, it leads you to:
http://download.openoffice.org/2.4.3/index.html
and to:
http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/fr/2.4.3/OOo_2.4.3_LinuxIntel_install_wJRE_fr_deb.tar.gz
