It is just the development link that I (as a dev) have a strong opinion about -- for reasons already named. For the others, I am just proposing that all projects reevaluate the pagecontent/links as most of those look quite dated to me too. If it turns out that other projects are also feeling that they cannot commit enough resources to keep pages up-to-date, then (not before reaching that point) we should again consider the action called for provocatively in subject.
