In trying to upgrade, OO uninstalled my existing version of Open Office, then 
the installer fails with an error 1303(insufficient rights to install – log in 
as an administrator). I am an administrator on a Windows 7 laptop and cannot 
login as “The Administrator”.
How do I get by this dilemma?
