Well, to update gl.openoffice.org you need to submit a SSH key and modify pages via CVS (or kindly ask here that one of the global website administrators corrects it for you, if possible). But the current homepage http://gl.openoffice.org correctly sends to the "Other" download page, where one can download the Galician version easily. So it's not so bad. And, from what we are told, the new infrastructure ("Kenai") is coming in just a few weeks, so very soon you won't need complex procedures any longer and updating your site will be much easier.
