As a Mentor, I think the report is "ok" especially since we are still very
early in Weex's time at Apache.
I am also really happy to see so much positive energy in the community.

But going forward, I think the "old" vs "new" has played out its role.

I could submit the Incubator report, but I would rather see someone else
(like Jinjiang) step up and do it, to get on track of a autonomous
community.
