In my opinion, the mentors would tell us something is not right/properly in apache. Or the way we doing something is just not apache way... expect that is documented, which mentors can just send a link from the massive apache doc website.
Anyway, I think all contributors/committer should start talk more in here. Then everybody wanna help can join us.
