Dear All weex developers,
I suggest that changing weex branch flow for better communication:
* make master as main branch, that we can see develop process clearly;
previously we develop at branch named 0.XX-dev;
* make release as publish branch,that we can release version at it;
* delete extra branches like dev,0.16-dev and so on;
