Hi Team， We started some vote for the new committer recently. But I think we need to know the common process of building the consensus[1] in Apache. Normally if we have some proposal, we can discuss it first to build the consensus first, then we start the vote[2]. Building the consensus is a key milestone for the community maturity model[3].
