There was a hot discussion[1] about the mailing list language when
RocketMQ join the Apache.
We still need to encourage people to use the mailing list with English
for the audience around the world.
In the meantime, we could lower the bar by let more people involved by
avoiding the internal discussion first and starting the discussion in
the public mailing list.
