Hi, theere

As Google will ban Android Apps without 64bit support in Google Play from
August 1st[1], we need to publish next release which including Android 64bit
supports ASAP to give our users enough time to upgrade. The only thing that
blocks us from next release is Weex Android bundled Webkit in its convenience
binary. I am still try to get an exemption[2] from Incubator only for our next
release. Until now, there are no response in this thread.

As you might see, I am busying fixing license, package name and IP issues
around Weex these days. I’m really appreciated that if someone on the mailing
list would volunteer to be release manager. There is nothing need to do for
release manager until we got response from general@incubator.

BTW, I have already checked out release/0.26 [3] as the release branch and the
release document is here[4]. As I am a little overloaded these days, I only
wrote down the release document of English version. Feel free to ask me if
there is something missed in the release document.
