After some tyring and negotiation, I found it's not possible to change the name of Bintray account for some technical reason about Bintray.
*Therefore, I have created a new account [1] in the name of Apache Weex PPMC, the email address of the account is [email protected], so every PPMC members will have control over the newly created account.* I will not delete the old account, because some developers may still download the old version of Weex from the Bintray maven repository. After all, I have to repsect the fact that Weex once belonged to Alibaba years ago. My 0.02 $.
