The apsecmail tool properly receives attachments with the pattern icla.txt and
icla.txt.asc. It misses e.g. ICLA_Guglielmo.txt and the corresponding
ICLA_Guglielmo.txt.asc.
Perhaps the tool could accept xxx.txt with a matching xxx.txt.asc. These most
likely are a text version of icla with detached signature.
