Should be live now. Seems to work, but has only lightly been tested. Note: this tool can be used to update both iclas.txt (in SVN) and cn (in LDAP). In my opinion, there are a few cases where the LDAP cn name either uses the correct Unicode characters (e.g. Jérôme) or may be a better match for a public name (e.g. Tony vs Anthony), but ultimately the call is yours.
