On the adjournment page, there is a list of pmc chairs to add and remove.
It will be easiest for secretary to use the list if there is also:
comma-separated list of new pmc chairs, to be copy/pasted into the ldap command
modify_pmcchairs.pl --add=
[extra credit to include the ldap command at the beginning of the list]
comma-separated list of former and no longer pmc chairs, to be copy/pasted into
the ldap command modify_pmcchairs.pl --rm=
comma-separated list of email addresses of new pmc chairs to be copy/pasted
into the to: list of the mail to new pmc chairs
