I transcribed my notes into the board agenda tool. The discussion items section of the tool needs work.
The first time I tried to “add minutes” the tool presented me with the entire discussion items section to edit. After canceling a couple of times, the tool gave me a blank edit pad, as I expected. When I finished filling the pad, and reflowing, the tool removed all of the line ends, making a dog’s breakfast of the edits. I started to use the “edit minutes” tool to fix the line ends but stopped, not knowing what it would do with all of my edits in the tool. I pressed the buttons to add and remove pmc chairs; I haven’t yet followed up to see if these “took” but the items disappeared from the adjournment page. I pressed the button to request the new projects to be set up but the button is still there. I need to follow up to see if the project setup was actually requested.
