Commits to https://github.com/apache/whimsy/tree/master/www/roster will
automatically be deployed every 30 minutes; once
https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-puppet/pull/41 is merged, results will
show up at https://whimsy-test.apache.org/public/. Hopefully by the end of the
month, whimsy-test will replace whimsy; meanwhile adding `209.188.14.150
whimsy.apache.org` to `/etc/hosts` will bring up the new whimsy.
