Some of the Roster pages are rather long, so it can be tedious to scroll to the correct place. For example:
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/commons So I added some anchors, e.g. https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/commons#committers I think it would be useful to add some links to allow the user to navigate the page. For example like the bread-crumbs, but for pmc/committers/mail/reporting. WDYT? How could this be added?
