I think this was closed because it was confused with whimsy.apache.org. Before re-opening it, we need to decide where to keep the website source. It could perhaps be a subdirectory of the GitHub code https://github.com/apache/whimsy/ but is that the best place for it? There is an empty Git repo at https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=whimsy.git;a=summary which could perhaps be used? Having decided on a location, I guess we need to populate it with at least an index file and then re-open INFRA-10611 to get the source published.
