Hi whisms,
tl;dr I hope I’m not being too fussy but last month this issue caused a delay
in the setup of a new TLP. I’d like to avoid that happening any more.
Yesterday I complained that whimsy board agenda tool kept coming up with both
Post Meeting actions
Establish pmcs:
• Beam - unanimous
• Eagle - unanimous
Submit
and
Completed actions
Established PMCs
• Beam
• Eagle
So I went to https://infra.apache.org/officers/tlpreq and it shows:
(tick box) C. Establish the Apache Beam Project
(tick box) E. Establish the Apache Eagle Project
I pressed (submit) and it committed something to svn.
I reloaded the page and it came up with the same display, offering to establish
both projects.
I expect the tlpreq page to know whether the request has been submitted or not.
And then perhaps whimsy board agenda tool can also know whether the request has
been submitted.
