Looking at the implementation, the project: [ ] field could go into the
Categorize form which is part of the parts.js.rb file. Alternatively, each of
the incomplete, unsigned, and upload selections would need their own special
form.
I'd lean toward simplicity and put project field into the Categorize form, to
be used by the action associated with incomplete, unsigned, and upload.

Why can't I find the Categorize code in the views directory???
