Board and president's committees seem to not be implemented. Chris's info page doesn't show his membership (VPness!) in legal either. My committer info page doesn't show my membership in the Brand Management President's committee. Separately, non-PMC committees are not actually shown at all, even in the /groups/ section (where they might be put once we implement it).
