Given that all committers have read/write access to
https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/board/committee-info.txt, there
is no need to check.
FWIW, if anybody wants to take a stab at this, the way I normally proceed is to
update the server to provide the correct results first. You can see what the
server returns by appending ".json" to the URL:
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committer/clr.json
Once the server is providing the correct information to be displayed, updating
the view is generally relatively straightforward.
