Sam Ruby resolved WHIMSY-156.
-----------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

I've pushed a fix.

Background on what is going on so you know what to look for: I've been
exploring aggressively caching the board agenda information on the client side.
This code only works today in Firefox and Chrome.

The problem before is that the data cached was incomplete, meaning that
defaults were used (guest access, no user id), causing the behavior you were
seeing.

The intent is that (after the first time you load a given month's agenda),
visiting any page on that month's agenda should generally be complete in under
a half a second, and should almost never take longer than a second.

This should be true even if the server is slow: if necessary, the client will
display stale data and update it once the server responds.

The end-goal here is not merely speed, but correct operation even when the
server is unavailable. Once this part is stable, full off-line operation
support will be added.

>
> Logging into https://whimsy.apache.org/board/agenda/2017-11-15/, there is no
> "Shepherd" item in the navigation app menu on the right. Mac/Chrome/fresh
> session logged in OK.
> Notes:
> - Originally, when logging in, my Help settings somehow were set to Guest
> (don't remember doing that, but I may have blown away browers cookies or
> something) which meant that my Queue was empty. Resetting that to Director
> does indeed make the Queue be all reports to review.
