Went offline, went (probably by Queue link) to Incubator report, spent a while
scrolling through incubator report.
Noticed that footer buttons said "refresh (greyed) | go online" when I
expected to see "add comment | approve".
Clicking on various Info menu or navigation menu items will change the
browser's URL bar, but don't change the page contents in the browser window at
all. Appears to be stuck in this tab. Pulled a dev tools console log,
pertinent lines:
