It would be useful to add a flag to the /incubator/signoff report of podling
signoffs to include the number of mentors that added comments to a podling
report (valuable because they provide good feedback on the podling progress)
and which podling reports had IPMC or other general comments added (showing
either IPMC review of the report, or IPMC members outside the mentors who are
calling out issues).
Not sure if this should be in the same page or a different one, perhaps focused
on the past 3 sets of all podling reports by date (i.e. emphasizing which
podlings over time are getting signoffs and comments, rather than which mentors
are doing what).
