I'm trying to add new PMC members to Oozie, but the Roster is giving me 500
Internal Errors when I try to go any deeper than the top level Roster page. It
was working yesterday.
The top level works: https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/
Committees (PMCs) don't work: https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/
A specific PMC doesn't work: https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/oozie
Individual Committers don't work:
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committer/gezapeti

Oh, snap! Something went wrong. Error details follow:
sinatra.error = comparison of Time with nil failed
sinatra.route = GET /committee/
