The reason I suggested limiting private lists to \@apache.org mails was to
ensure the person was possible to identify, even if the addresses were dropped
from LDAP. However we may have enough history in mailing lists etc to be able
to identify the address.
I wonder if the karma to request the changes should be extended to some
additional groups such as secretary?
