I don't see the following called by the project/icla call. ASF::Mail.configure See: https://whimsy.apache.org/docs/api/ASF/Mail.html If this doesn't work, I would suggest that you modify the code in tools/testmail.rb to match the code in projects/icla until you can reproduce the problem. > Thanks, > > Craig P.S.
