It looks like the minutes are sometimes generated with the incorrect format for
podling reports.
For example, Jan 2018 has the following line:
-------------------- FreeMarker
This should be two lines:
--------------------
FreeMarker
In other months some of the lines of hyphens have a trailing space.
These cause problems for the collate_minutes script.
Whilst it would be possible to allow for a single trailing space, I'm not sure
it makes sense for collate_minutes to handle the missing new-line at the start
of a podling report.
