The workbench allows the user to display the raw mail; I would expect that to
show the mail as received.
It's not a big deal (hence the priority), but I found it confusing that the
secretary mails did not include the From lines.
It looks as though the mangling is only done to allow the parsing to work
better, and I suspect that the fact that the original copy of the mail is
mangled is an accidental side effect of the parsing.
Note that the copies of mails for members and board are stored as is; they are
not currently parsed on arrival.
