If you are referring to [1] and [2], then [2] has no attachments, so
won't appear in the workbench currently.
However it is in the YAML file.

The other one [1] does not appear in the YAML file.

This is because it has the same hash as [2], so the second file mail
overwrote the first.
The message ID header wrapped onto the second line, this is not
handled by the code currently.

WHIMSY-213 relates to this.
