The board agenda component is not only used by ASF board members, but also by
ASF members and PMC Members.
Currently the right-hand side of a report in the agenda shows either a
two-letter identifier or the first name of the involved participant (either
shepherd or comment provider).
Having the full name shown of the party participating improves understanding of
who is who and potentially interactions.
