Resolution: Won't Do
id.a.o is managed by Apache Infra and provides SLA support for updating actual
user account records. Whimsy is managed by the Whimsy PMC and primarily
provides an alternate UI to edit foundation records that are otherwise stored
elsewhere.
Updating committer login information directly is not something Whimsy is going
to do.
