Whimsy secretary workbench still reports the key to be missing. For this user 
as well as two others.

I'm totally out of ideas here. 

I found the three key upload sites by doing a google search. My assumption was 
that the key servers communicated with each other and by uploading to one, 
eventually (24 hours?) all of them would have it.

Should I wait some more for the key to arrive where our workbench algorithm can 
find it?

What should we tell folks now. It seems that public upload of new keys is 
unusable at this point.

Any advice?
