This file and the make-issues.py must be synchronized. The format of nominated-members.txt is awkward for secretary to create the memapp-received.txt file used by secretary workbench.
Assuming that it is a valid objective to allow Secretary to easily create the memapp-received file, we can either make the nominated-members.txt file easier for the purpose or modify the create-issues.py script to create the memapp-received file directly. I recommend this approach. There is still a bit of work for Secretary to do after the meeting concludes, to remove the entries for nominees who were not elected. But this is a small task compared to manually creating the memapp-received file and fixing all of the typos in the nominated-members file. If someone feels strongly about the format of the nominated-members file (I do not), and has the inclination to do the work, please step up. If a JIRA is the preferred way to get this job done, please let me know.
