Some Mentors names were created with different versions of their public name
(or even misspelled.) In some cases it is a UTF-8 issue.
Incubator reporting will be updated when the MOIN Wiki goes away. That changed
should require proper availid/Apache ID on sing-offs. Once that is done this
can be fixed.
Making the issue so that this impact is not lost.
