It is now up to a six step procedure. though to be fair, the second step is optional and the first step is now explicit whereas it previously was implicit. The code now includes a web server and displays something that is a close approximation to the board agenda page as well as PMC reports. Known to work on MacOS and Ubuntu with Firefox or Chrome. Should also work on Safari or Edge. I don't know of any dependencies which would preclude it working on Microsoft Windows, and if there are any problems there, I expect that they can be addressed.
