Not sure what these two more directories are?

Currently documents/ has the following emeritus dirs:

emeritus/
emeritus-rejoined/
emeritus-requests-received/
emeritus-requests-rescinded/

AIUI you were proposing to move all of these to be under the new directory:

documents/Emeritus

I think that's unnecessary, and will hardly reduce the coding needed.
